PAINTED FINISH : walls of the buildings rendered in rough coat with elastomatt paint or equivalent paint.
DOORS: Main door teakwood -locks from Kochi. Kitchen and bedroom doors provided with solid core flush door shutter with both sides painted with synthetic enamel paint. Toilet doors in water proof flush with synthetic enamel paint.
