Into its second year now, the India Property Show was received with much gusto and fanfare. The event turned out to be a of crucial interest to consumers in UK desiring a home in India. The prime highlights were finest choice of villas, penthouses, bungalows, apartments etc from the best developers; spot loan options; seminars and free counseling to name a few. This time Axiom Estates enjoyed the privilege of co-hosting the event along with the Association of Property Developers. Axiom Estates has now launched its India Property Services for the Global Community in U.A.E. and Middle East. It also participated in the India Property Show which was held on 1-3 June 2005 at Renaissance Hotel Dubai.

The first India Property show was held at the Wembley Conference Centre, London. Over 700 visitors from in and around London visited the show where over 20 of leading developments from a number of Indian metros were showcased. An evening dinner was hosted by ICICI Bank on the Friday night before the event where the guest of honour was Ram Jethmalani.

The property show was a tremendous eye-opener to the huge potential of investment in Indian Real estate from the UK. A big percentage of the attendees were 2nd and 3rd generation Indians in the UK who were looking to buy property in India for investment and out of renewed India interest.
