Position Title: Sales Manager
Location: South Goa-Panjim.
Job responsibilities

Understanding customers need, providing them the right apartment in accordance to their budget and needs. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
Compare a property with similar properties that have been recently sold to determine its competitive market price.

Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.

Accompany buyers to visit and inspect property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.

Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to be a consistent learner about real estate markets.

Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.

Legal aspects of the project for getting Bank approval and supporting the customers for getting loan smoothly through coordination with the Banks.

After Sales support to the customers in all aspects.

Generating reports & other statements for Sales and Projects.

Feasibility reports to the Project Head, with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.
