Position Title: Sales Manager
Location: Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai.
1. Understanding of the project :
Knowledge about Vrindavan, Mathura, infrastructural development of the area,
Knowledge about developments coming in Vrindavan ,
Proper understanding of the Project - Concept, Technical specifications, Facilities and unique features of the project.
Familiarity with the Project site, its surroundings and accessibility.
2. Client Engagement :
Establishing contact with the prospect by telephone or E mail within stipulated period of receiving the Lead,
Sending Brochures, Folders and other details and specifications on the project,
Discussing Prices, Payment plan with the Client,
Giving project presentation to Clients as and when necessary,
Maintaining Client details in the CRM system,
Regular follow up with Clients for conversions.
3.Achieving Sales Targets :
Accepting monthly Sales targets and achieving them,
Assisting After Sales division (ASD) with all data and information about the Client and also assist ASD in collection of payment from the Client, if necessary.
4.Updating oneself re: new developments in the area:
Keeping abreast of all new developments in Vrindavan including Prices, USP of those Projects , Specifications, Delivery etc ..
Providing information on new developments to Marketing Team for changing their strategy, if necessary
Getting Client referrals,
Obtaining enquiries thru own data base and contacts,
Any other job necessary for achieving Sales Targets.
Candidate should be graduate, preferably MBA, with 4 6 years of working experience in the Sales function in a Real Estate Industry in respective cities ie. Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. He should be an Innovative and persuasive person with good communication and selling skills and with proven ability of selling real estate projects directly.Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
