On 27th November and 3rd December,
2008 Axiom Estates hosted two successful India Property
Seminars in Wembley and Harrow, London. Intended for
those interested in knowing whether it is the right
time to buy into India property in view of the financial
turmoil and declining prices across real estate markets,
the seminars laid special emphasis on 'How toInvest
Wisely in the Indian Real Estate Market', backed with
appropriate facts and figures from the industry. The
seminar attracted heavy footfalls from serious buyers,
who joined the company's team of professionals for
an informative and in-depth seminar. Axiom Estates'
property advisors were also present at the venues,
to interact with buyers and help them evaluate options
from various developers. Mortgage finance was also
made available at the seminar through Diwan Housing
Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL), India's 2nd largest
private sector housing finance company, to take care
of the buyers' loan requirements.
NCC Urban Road Show - USA
Axiom Estates organised
a series of successful Road Shows across USA between
November 1 and November 9, 2008. The Shows, hosted
in New Jersey, Silicon Valley, Dallas and Chicago,
offered developments from NCC Urban Infrastructure
Ltd across major Indian cities includingHyderabad,
Bangalore, Kochi, Ranchi, and others. The Shows attracted
NRI buyers from all over the United States, who could
directly interact with the developer's representatives
and gain first-hand information about their developments.
Officials and expert property advisors from Axiom
Estates were also present at the events to answer
queries about investing in India property and facilitate
the buying process.
Hiranandani Palace Gardens
Show – California, USA
Axiom Estates, in association with Hiranandani,
concluded an exclusive two day long Road Show on
the 23rd and 24th of August in California. The show
introduced Hiranandani Palace Gardens to investors
in the US, where they got to take a closer look
at this mega project and interact directly with
the developer’s representatives.
The Show recorded significant interest among buyers in the Bay
area, subsequently generating a number of leads. The
event was organised at the India Community Centre
in St. Milpitas, California. The Show’s highlight,
Hiranandani Palace Gardens, is an integrated township
project in Chennai and is one of the most eagerly
awaited in India.
India Property Road Show
– Dallas, USA
Axiom estates, the largest provider of India property
services, conducted a very successful property Road
Show in Dallas on 20th September. The property show
drew attention to over 250 properties in India from
leading developers, bringing them within easy reach
of investors from the US. The clients could gain
first-hand information on various properties from
all over
India along with professional guidance on purchase, finance and
mortgage from the Axiom officials and property advisors.
The show attracted heavy footfalls and generated a
number of leads from seriously inclined clients. The
event was organised at the Westin DFW Hotel, West
John Carpenter Freeway Irving, Texas.
Ansal API Road Show –
London, UK
Axiom Estates, together with Ansal API, recently
concluded a three-day long Road Show in London on
26-28 September. The Show featured over 14 world-class
developments from North India throughout Delhi,
Noida, Ghaziabad, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and
Uttar Pradesh. These were from Ansal API, India's
leading developer and a huge brand in real estates
in northern and north-western India.
Prime projects on offer included Megapolis,
Celebrity Greens, Greenscape, Aquapolis, etc in Delhi
NCR, Orchard County and Golf Link Villas in Punjab,
Sushant Lok and Sushant City in Jaipur, etc. The event
took place at the Axiom Estates office in London at
109 Baker Street, drawing the attention of serious
buyers and generating a number of leads.
India Property Road Show
in UK & USA, June 2008
Axiom Estates recently concluded a series of highly successful Road Shows across
the USA and UK. The Shows, held in Santa Clara, New
Jersey, Long Island, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles
in the US and London, Leicester, Manchester &
Birmingham in the UK, featured an array of more than
300 upcoming property developments in 20 Indian cities.
This included offers from almost 100 top developers
such as DLF, Unitech, Hiranandani, K. Raheja, etc.
The strategy behind launching the projects in USA
and UK was that these markets are new for the developers
and holds very high potential.
Held over successive weekends in the various
cities through June (US) and early July (UK), the Shows
drew 400 to 500 serious buyers each and translated to
nearly a 2000 leads overall. Of particular interest
to buyers was the fact that, apart from showcasing Axiom's
pan Indian portfolio, the Shows featured more than a
dozen developers, whose representatives were available
to directly answer queries. This includes eminent names
such as Unitech, K. Raheja Universal, Pasvnath, HRPL,
Rustomjee, SD Corp, Kumar, Sureka, Hirco, DB Realty,
Supreme, Palacio, Richmonde, etc. Most developers used
the occasion to launch new projects, giving US &
UK Indians the early choice of the best and latest.

research report inEquilibrium on the current demand
and supply scenario of the Indian residential real
estate market in a press conference on May 6, 2008
in Hilton Towers, Mumbai.
According to the study Equilibrium-the changing dynamics of the
Indian Residential Markets, by 2010, over five million
new households will enter the 'homeowner threshold',
and the long-term urbanisation trend is estimated
to add 200 million people to urban areas in the 20-year

Axiom Estates and Citibank (NRI-Mortgage Division)
presented the 'Latest Trend in the Indian Real Estate
Market' at the Indian Consulate in New York on April
18, 2007. This was part of a series of seminars
focusing on investment opportunities in India, organized
across US cities.
Registering over 1800 footfalls, in
six different venues, this unprecedented response
gave a clear indication of the current interest in
