This seems to be a good property just off EM Bypass with easy access to all parts of the city. Bengal Shrachi & Sureka Group people are also partners in this and hence I have full faith on the project. I made handsome appreciation in south city.

    Urbana would definitely the best conceptelized project in kolkata and with E. M. Bypass becoming the new Chowrangee ok Kolkata. Urbana with its 65 acres land area seems impossible to be repeated in Kolkata. Prices for 1883 Sft. 3 BHK apartments starts from Rs. 1.80 Cr. A steal compared to other similar projects in its vicinity.
