Godrej Prakriti is an excellent project coming up in a sprawling 24 Acres. First the Brand name of Godrej & second the construction being done by L&T. The ultimate name in both. Big area, lot of greenery, natural water bodies & then 19 storied highrise adds more value to Prakriti. The ammenities like a gym, retail block, multi level car parking, guest rooms, playgrounds, resturant, kids play area, confrence rooms etc etc are all features of a very good project. Last but not the least a 200 beds Multi Speciality Hospital is also coming up along with this project which is first of it's kind in Kolkata. Side by side he Metro Rail project to Barrackpore is also coming up which will add a feature in the crown of Godrej Prakriti. If you really want to make a dream home & want to stay away from the busy city life then Godrej Prakriti is the best. My reviews may vary from person to person.

Good project. Away from the hurly-burly of the city. Traffic to airport seems a bit problem. But Nice prices. Waiting for it.
