We source and aggregate suitable land tracts, arrange necessary approvals, supervise feasibility studies and development planning and finally provide the spectrum of pre-construction and project management services for successful completion. Bulk Purchases & Joint Ventures
We offer our clients exclusive off-market deals, including block bookings in newly launched residential projects. Very often, we are the first to know about new launches, which enables the clients to strike early bargains. Typically, these are for short to medium-term holding with assured exit.

For investors with a longer time horizon, we also arrange structured joint venture deals with landlords and real estate developers after conducting due diligence on the developer and the project.

Buy-to-let & Serviced Apartments
There is a huge burgeoning demand for quality rental accommodation due to the last five years of bull growth of Indian economy & resultant corporate mobility. These 'buy-to-let' apartments give a better rental income.

Serviced Apartments take the idea a step further and usually yield even higher rentals. Serviced apartments have become increasingly popular as high occupancy rates and steep room tariffs have made hotel costs prohibitive.

Usually these are offered for purchase while under construction or nearing completion.
