Kolkata-headquartered Shrachi Group in association with Burdwan Development Authority is coming up with a large township project in Bardhaman (Burdwan), spread over 254 acres on National Highway 2, which connects Kolkata and Delhi.
The project, Shrachi Renaissance Township, houses 828 residential units spread across 26 towers. From luxurious apartments to individual plots with bungalow and group housing complexes, shopping centre, community centre - the township has it all," said Rahul Todi, managing director, Shrachi Group.
The township offers housing solutions that fit every budget - from standalone bungalows to twin houses to 2- and 3 BHK flats of various sizes. The 2 BHK apartments come in sizes ranging between 776 sq ft and 925 sq ft, while 3 BHK villas come in sizes ranging between 1,325 sq ft and 1,571 sq ft. The towers Pavani and Ishaana offer apartments with sizes of 1,718 sq ft and 1,915 sq ft.
