MAKE
A GRAND ENTRANCE
The main entrance door would be embellished with a teakwood
frame, with moulded flush shutters and brass fittings. For
other doors, salwood frame with BSC shutters & powder
coated aluminium fittings would be provided.
FLOORED BY STYLE
Vitrified flooring for the living and dining rooms, high
quality ceramic tiles for the bedrooms and kitchen, utilities
and toilets, black granite counters in kitchen and master
bathrooms, interlock pavers or equivalent material for open
driveways. We've infused style into every little inch of
the house.
ESSENTIAL LUXURIES
High-end kitchen and toilet accessories like Premium range
c.P. fitting and single bowl stainless sink would be provided.
Weatherproof cement paint, enamel paint and oil bound distemper
would be used for painting and polishing exteriors and interiors
respectively. The apartment would be fitted with high quality
concealed conduits, premium quality wires, switches and
other accessories with TV/telephone points in all bedrooms,
points for exhaust fan, microwave oven and electrical cooking
range in the kitchen. A 100% generator back-up for common
areas and all apartments would also be provided.
SAFE AND SECURE
The balcony and terrace would have MS railings with pipe/teakwood
handrails, while the windows would be
provided with MS-grills. And of course, we would provide
24 hour security, intercom connectivity to the security
post at the entrance gate, a six feet high compound wall
around the project and flood lights at the corners.
